Never give up on the future you deserve.

We lost. We couldn't beat gerrymandering. We couldn't beat the super PACs spending millions against us. We couldn't beat the number of people who either don't know or don't care that Rep. Troy Balderson hasn't offered to meet his constituents in 8 years, or that he's used our House seat to fight for Israel, for data centers, for tech companies, for oil companies, for insurance companies, and for RAPISTS instead of fighting for us.

But I can say we put up one hell of a fight.

I know our hard work will pay off one day, and I am so grateful for every person who joined me on this journey.

Two years ago, I knew my running started a movement in Ohio's 12th district. It quadrupled in size this year, and it will continue to grow if we don't give up.

This election will determine the next two years, but it will not decide our future. You will.

Go to your city council meetings. Find the people in your community who are doing the work locally and join them.

It's also important that you stay informed on what our lawmakers are up to.

I have been accused by Troy Balderson's friends and family of lying about him, but I have never. He is funded by billionaires and the worst special interest groups in our country, and that is all he cares about. If anything, he's the one lying to those friends and family members like he lies to you.

When Balderson says he's introduced a bill, research it. Read what it actually does. It's almost never what he claims it is.

Learn how to use OpenSecrets(.)org and the FEC website to see who's funding Balderson and the next cycle's candidates. Do everything you can to share what you learn, and fight like hell for candidates who aren't bought and paid for.

You showed up for me this year in ways I never thought possible.

Keep showing up. Keep fighting. Never give up on the future you deserve.

Most importantly, never lose hope. We would be nowhere without it.
